Bob is my hero!!!! My pristinely clean home had a very slow water leak from a water pipe in the back of a closet (under a stairwell) AND it produced mold. I was already diagnosed with and being treated for mold illness and was frantic to try to find a company with the proper certification to come do a test of the mold. Mold has to be tested before it can be properly remediated. I reached Bob and he was in my house the next day doing the work. He was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I also needed test results ASAP and once again Bob came through for me in that regard, and again for a promptly scheduled retest. You’re in good hands with Bob and his company!!!!! I could not recommend him more highly.

I had a fantastic experience working with Bob as my home inspector, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, patient, and professional inspector. From start to finish, Bob went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and confident throughout the inspection process. Although this isn’t my first time buying a home, my knowledge of home systems is still quite limited—especially since I was very young when I owned my first property. Bob never made me feel self-conscious about the questions I asked, even if they were basic or obvious. He took every question seriously and explained things in a clear, respectful, and thorough manner. He not only pointed out issues but also gave helpful guidance on how various systems should be maintained and what signs to watch for in case something isn’t functioning properly. Throughout the process, Bob was communicative and professional. He kept me updated when he needed a bit more time to complete the report, and once I received it, he remained available to answer my follow-up questions. I also appreciated that when there was any uncertainty, he was quick to offer to review the seller’s disclosure to help clarify or cross-reference his observations. Bob’s dedication, depth of knowledge, and client-centered approach made the entire experience much less stressful. I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. If you're looking for an inspector who is thorough, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping you make an informed decision, I can’t recommend Bob highly enough.

Bob was incredible to work with. In full disclosure, I “had a guy” for inspections already and really never planned to shop around. I knew my price and quality was good with the company I used before. But they were not available to get the job done within the short window we needed it so I sought out new options and now, I don’t think I’ll ever look back. When I called, I immediately got to speak to Bob (rare with all the new dispatch-based businesses now) and schedule the inspection live on the phone. I opted for mold, termites and traditional inspection because we were short on time and I knew what I wanted, but I appreciated that Bob didn’t try to sell us with a scope of inspections we did need. He was very pragmatic and honest and even recommended against some of the things we opted into at first. The day of our walk through went amazing. Bob was so thorough and acted as a true advocate for us. He turned the reports around extremely quickly with photos and details summarized. He even worked with us over the following days to make sure we understood to implications of the report and what to call out with the existing homeowners. We ended up asking for 4X the $ concession we originally planned based on his fatherly guidance and got it!! Thank you Bob for your amazing work and for helping us secure our dream home!

My experience with Bob / All Seasons Home Inspections was great. I don't want to say he is always capable of an unrealistic accommodation but in our home purchase scenario, we were urgent for a Mold & Air Quality inspection on the same day as the overall inspection. For various reasons, we reached out to Bob with a a just over a couple days notice request for an inspection from him. It couldn't have gone any better, he provided an accurate estimate on cost and time it would take for the inspection, then arrived within the window our realtor was able to meet and completed it. The post inspection report we received was thorough and assuaged our concerns of the home being unfit for our 3 year old. I highly recommend his services, a professional in every way.

We had a really good experience with Bob. Knowledgeable, professional, and affable, Bob was patient with us as first time homebuyers. He took time to answer a long list of questions at the end of the inspection and welcomed me to walk around with him so that I could ask questions and take notes. My impression was that he worked efficiently, testing systems, taking notes for his report, etc., and he made himself available to answer any questions about his report, which he provided right on schedule, even though we were getting to Friday afternoon in the summer. When our air quality test samples were lost, through no fault of Bob's, he went to Herculean efforts to locate them - tracking down the FedEx driver, taking new samples, and communicating with us at each step. I enjoyed meeting Bob, appreciate his knowledge and professionalism, and would be happy to recommend his services to others.

Bob was fantastic. I needed a home inspection for a house I am currently renting, and intend to purchase. He was punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took his time, inspecting areas I didn’t even know existed. He answered questions with incredible patience and helpful details. His inspection summary and full report were spot-on, with easy-to-read notes and recommendations. Bob is definitely an expert in his field, on the local area, and the current real estate market. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future; and refer him to friends, family, and acquaintances.

Bob is very thorough and talks you through and answers all your questions and doubts during his inspection routine. He goes above and beyond and sometimes inspect on things that is not included in his requirement to inspect. For E.g, There were some Trees on the line of the property and she checked on them and asked me to inquire if it was on my property or not and that if it is, try to cut it down since they were not strong and it might fall on someone's property which will be my cost. Thank you.

The service was excellent. They came in within a day of me calling and did a very thorough examination. They tested the moisture in the wall, collected samples from the air, the affected wall, outside and inside. As a bonus, Bob also gave me numerous tips to hinder future mold growth. Within I week I received a cover letter with lab results attached, which helped me get reimbursed for the test by my landlord. Plus, it was less than half the price my landlord was trying to charge me!!
